I ordered the wrong item.

We are sorry to hear that this item did not work for you and are happy to assist you with your return.

In order for the return shipping to be arranged, the cooler will need to be repackaged as it arrived, placed back on the pallet and secured to it. Once it is ready, please send us a photo and we will provide the shipping label and arrange for the freight company to pick up the item.


Your refund will be issued minus the cost of return shipping. If you do not have the original packaging, we will also need to charge a restocking fee since the item cannot be sold as new. The refund will be applied once the item reaches our warehouse.


If you have not yet received your item, please contact us right away and we can attempt to stop the shipment. In some cases this will reduce the cost of return shipping that will be deducted from your refund.
