All refrigeration equipment goes through low to high temperature and defrost cycles. If your low and high temperature are set too close together or far apart or the defrost frequency is incorrect, this can cause the system to experience issues with condensation, freezing or poor temperature holding.
Fortunately most problems can be resolved by going through the cooler programming and checking to ensure settings are correct. You can access a simple guide on our manuals page. If you do not know which controller you have or need additional assistance, please call us when you are able to go through the settings and we will walk you through them.
If you feel you have a more serious issue, please describe the problem and any steps you have taken and we will assist you. Please include your order number and product details in your message. You can also reach us at 833-734-8880.
